Jamileh's path to baking is a unique one, initially blossoming as an Airbnb Superhost where she delighted guests with homemade vegan, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened breads and desserts. This dedication to wellness also extended to her career in massage therapy, reinforcing a belief in nourishment from the inside out.

Inspired by a diverse Lebanese and Mexican heritage, Jamileh blends traditional recipes with modern, plant-based innovation. Specializes in small-batch, Mediterranean-inspired breads and pastries that are intentionally plant-based, gluten-free, and low-glycemic.

A Commitment to Wholesome Ingredients

This focus on wholesome ingredients stems from Jamileh's personal experience. After developing severe food allergies and sensitivities—specifically to dairy and refined sugar—following a childhood hospitalization, she was driven by a simple desire: to eat her favorite treats again. This personal mission sparked a creative passion for recreating beloved desserts into nourishing, vegan versions, a commitment that remains at the heart of every creation we offer today.
